What protections do I get and how does it work?
Everyone who purchases from Herboponics.com receives the following warranties for every purchase:
1. Total refund if you don’t receive your purchase
You’ll get a complete refund if your purchase doesn’t arrive within 60 days.
If you didn’t get your purchase within the specified delivery period, you’ll find a complete refund.
Full refunds aren’t applicable to the following reasons:
Your order didn’t arrive because of factors within your control (i.e. supplying the Incorrect shipping address)
Your order didn’t arrive because of exceptional circumstances beyond our control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by natural catastrophe)
Other unique circumstances outside the control of Hydroponics.com
2. If the product is not as described – get a refund and keep your order
You may get a complete refund if your product is considerably different from our description, or you could pick a partial refund and keep the item.
In case your item isn’t as described, please contact us for a settlement. If you are able to take the product and need to maintain it, we’ll offer a partial refund. Otherwise, you’ll get a complete refund.
